I have had more than 25 years of experience working in the profession of social work. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are dealing with a diverse range of challenges. I strive to help individuals feel empowered by creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. I support individuals in their self-healing and self-determination to work toward recognized beneficial change.

I am a Licensed Master of Social Work and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am also an associate professor and teach social work to bachelor’s and master’s degree students. I value relationships with people who are free from judgment, which enhances my ability to create a safe, non-threatening, therapeutic place for individuals to feel comfortable.
